ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING
Normally, most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after placement. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please keep in mind that if you order on a Friday, you're order will ship out Monday or Tuesday of the following week. If you entered an email during checkout, you'll receive a tracking number when your item has been shipped to monitor. Be advised that Holidays may cause small delays in order processing and shipping. International shipments are passed from the U.S. Postal service to the local postal carrier in country for delivery. At this point tracking is disabled until a delivery is made.
FREE SHIPPING when purchases exceed $70.00 to all domestic destinations via the U.S. Postal Service (including Hawaii and Alaska). Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days after processing.
Canadian destinations via the U.S. & Canadian Postal Services , pricing calculated at checkout. Delivery times can vary with customs, weather and holidays, and may take from 7-10 business days after processing.

30 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE POLICY.
Within 30 days of receipt, if for any reason, you're unhappy with your purchase - you can return it for a full refund. The only stipulations are that the product must be in resellable condition (ie: belt uncut) and you must pay for the return shipping. Usually only a few dollars via USPS. We do not charge any restocking fees and will refund your entire purchase price, less any charges the bank has applied. Please keep in mind that the refund/exchange process can take 1-2 weeks to complete, especially during the holiday season. We'll do our best to expedite it and make it as easy as possible.
30 DAY DAMAGE EXCHANGE POLICY
If our product arrives damaged or broken in any way from shipping, or if there is anything wrong with the product, we will replace or exchange your order free of charge within the first 30 days. We only ask that you return the item unworn and in the condition you received it. We will credit the shipping costs once it is returned to us. If it arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to us to verify it. Please keep in mind that the refund/exchange process can take 1-2 weeks to complete, especially during the holiday season. We'll do our best to expedite it and make it as easy as possible.
